Ebay Drum Kit arrived damaged, what kind of compensation am I entitled to?
I bought a Vintage Japanese drum kit for $100 on Ebay. It arrived today in a poorly packed box (just a bunch of cardboard taped together with no padding) and two of the drums are damaged. the Snare Drum had a lug ripped out and the Floor Tom has a chunk taken out of the wood. These problems can be mended with a trip to the hardware store, but it's not going to make them as good as new.
What should I ask the seller to do?
Ask for the the price of supplies need to fix these drums?
Get the whole price of shipping refunded?

in addition to the other answer, 100$ is nothing for a Drum Set. i know it sucks that it came damaged, but they're vintage, and cheap. you shouldnt expect the condition of the drums to be perfect. maybe those damages were already there to begin with? although if that was the case, then the seller shouldve mentioned that in the description.
