do Rock Band drumsticks bend?

if they do any tips to help stop them from bending?

If they're bending then that means you're either hitting too hard, the sticks are defective or they're on the verge of breaking.
I'm gonna guess you're using the wooden ones that came with the set Right? If so go to your nearest music shop (preferably one that sells drum accessories) and for under $10 you can pick up a new pair of sticks. The sales people can also help you find the right thickness for you.
