Sabian Warranty Help?

I have a cracked Sabian Cymbal, and for the past few weeks I have been trying to call the warranty phone number they give on their website, but every time I call them I arrive at some guy named Taylor's voice mail box. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what did you do about it?
