What stores in the mall sell piercing needles or guns?

For needles, i was wondering about nose, or belly button.
For guns, i was wondering about ears.
In my local mall they don't have a hot topic or Sally's.
If so, how much do they cost? And from what store?

You'll want needles for all your piercings. There's simply just no way a plastic gun could be sterilized enough for a clean piercing.

But you could try Wal-Mart. They have piercing kits.
