How do I fix broken xbox 360 charger kit?

I bought my Xbox 360 play-n-charge kit about 6months ago and now its broke. It looks just fine but about a week ago it started dying at random times and now it only works if i bent my cord in a certain position. Im almost a 100% sure its the cord, not controller. Can i fix it or sure i just buy another one?

Yea, the wires inside the cord are probably broken. If that's the case, it wouldn't be worth fixing and it would definitely be easier to buy a new one.
