Floor Tom
I'm looking for a new floor tom head, whats the most recommended.?
Looking for a punk/70's sound with it.
Your best off with a 1 ply Drum Head to get closest to the sound your looking for. But i'd suggest Evans heads and going on their website. They have a chart on there that shows the different tones of each of their heads to really help you get what your looking for. And once you find something that looks like it could work for you, try searching on youtube for a video of someone using those drum heads to get a better idea of what they would sound like.
