Could i have done damage by lifting 6 grocery bags up the stairs? 32.5 weeks?

I'm 32 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I got really tired of waiting for my boyfriend to come home from work to help me get the groceries so I did them myself. I also live on the 3rd floor and get tired of walking up and down the stairs all the time to do things. so I decided to kill 2 birds in one stone as they say. I had lifted 6 bags of grocery bags, not super-heavy nothing like gallon of milk or juice but small items like peanutbutter jam can of peaches, drumstick platter etc. the bags altogether were kind of ehavy and I lifted them the wrong way by holding them at mysides, 3 w in each hand. I was told I have a shortened and slightly thinned out cervix but not enough for bedrest. Could this walking up 3 flights of stairs with 6 reather small grocery bags and a short thinc ervix at 32.5 weeks pregnant done any harm to the placenta by causing it to detach? I ask bc I heard strains like this can cause that.
I would call the doctor's but I am tired of bugging them.

Im thinking you should be okay, something you probably shouldn't have done but i dont think it could harm the baby. worse comes to worse it MAY make you contract a little, but i would def call the doctor if you feel like something is just not right. Im 38 weeks pregnant and i call my on call doc all the time, i know what you mean about bugging them but just think this is your baby, you have every right to "bug" them. Congrats and good luck!!
