How do you make drum heads?

So I've learned how to make drum shells, and now I need to figure out how to make heads for them, does anyone know how? Thanks a ton!

First one must slaughter a large, furry animal in a humane manner and then the next step is to take off some of its skin (still with fur) and stretch it over the Drum Shell. Cow is goof because then you get to eat the cow.
