Where can I buy REALLY cheap cymbals?

I bought a used Drum Set and the cymbals with it are are just garbage, absolute trash. Anything, would sound better than these dented trash can lids. I don't have very much money and I have the drums for fun, so sound quality doesn't mean too much to me. But anything is better than what I have.
