Analog Drum
I want to record & multi-track digitally. What's the easiest software to do this?
I want to make music NOT learn how to operate a program. Essentially all I want is a digital version of analogue multi-tracking but can't find what I need. I have Cubasis but find it horribly un-user friendly.
Basically I just want to switch on - lay down a drum track or two - add some synth backing - plug my guitar in and play several tracks - maybe even do some vocals - mix it to a master. Nothing Abbey Road quality - just workable quality.
I'm sure there MUST be software out there - I don't mind paying for the right program - happy to pay full whack for software that can give me the digital equivalent of my old Fostex analogue multi-track tape deck. I've completely failed to find it though
